Do you offer your services to mental health establishments?

We offer primary billing services for mental health providers.  We can bill and process payments for any PMHNP, MD, MSW, LICSW, LCSW, PSY, LPC, SOCIAL WORKER etc. However, the scope of our services is not confined to the mental health vertical only.

What services do you provide?

The range of services we offer include claim submission, claim denial, rejection follow-up, secondary insurance follow-up/submission, credit card processing, monthly patient statements, out of network billing, patient portal management, monthly reporting, provider access to the behavior health EHR system, scheduling portal, verification of benefits, and live billing specialists.

What are your service charges? Are there any extra costs involved?

We charge a % of collected revenue which depends on the services you have requested. No, we do not charge any hidden charges, other than the one we have quoted to you.

Do you customize your services according to some specific requirements?

Yes. We believe each provider and group practice has their specific billing needs and we customize our services accordingly to circumscribe all of them.

Where do you send all the collected payments?

All of the payments collected from patients and insurance will be determined on how they are disbursed between Billing Ally and the Provider.

How can you help if I do not have a proper office setup?

We also provide billing services to providers working as solo practitioners. If you are a solo working practitioner or do not have office space yet, we can help with our reception and scheduling service.
